Why should I register?
It allows you to check the status on a pending order and update any information needed. Not to mention it helps us find you in our database if we ever need to contact you.

I bought the wrong item. Can I return it?
You may return items for a refund as long as you are still within the refund period.
Items must be in re-sellable condition and returned with all necessary parts. (Batteries, cables, manuals etc.)
Do you use any method other than USPS?
To keep shipping costs down, we currently do not use any other carrier.
Can I add items to orders already placed?
Once an order has been placed we are not able to add items. You may either cancel your order and place a new order with all items needed, or place a second order for missing items.
Can I place orders for items not in stock?
No order can be placed for items out of stock. On products out of stock, it will be visible when you order, but it will not allow you to add the item to the shopping cart.
Do you have discounts for bulk purchases?
