General FAQ

Why should I create a login account?

It allows you to check the status on a pending order and update any information needed. Not to mention it helps us find you in our database if we ever need to contact you. You will also save time inputting addresses and payment details on repeat orders.


When will my order ship?

 All orders placed before 9 AM usually ship out the same day. All other orders ship out the next business day. We do not ship out on weekends and select holidays.


How do I return a product?

I bought the wrong item. Can I return it?

You may return items for a refund as long as you are still within the refund period.

Items must be in re-sellable condition and returned with all necessary parts. (Batteries, cables, manuals etc.)


Do you ship via any method other than USPS?

We ship via Fed Ex for our expedited shipping methods.


Can I add items to orders already placed?

Once an order has been placed we are not able to add items. You may either cancel your order and place a new order with all items needed, or place a second order for missing items.


Can I place orders for items not in stock?

We do not sell back order products. On products out of stock, it will be visible when you order, but it will not allow you to add the item to the shopping cart. We will try to get the item back in stock as soon as possible.


Do you have discounts for bulk purchases?

What is an extended life battery? 

We have been well known for our extended life batteries for almost ten years. An extended life phone battery is twice the battery capacity of a regular battery and can offer you up to 24+ hours of battery life.
