Shipping Terms and Conditions

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping Monday-Friday 8am - 3pm.

All orders, including expedited 2-Day and Overnight deliveries placed after 3:00 pm PST on weekdays, will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on holidays, weekends, or after 3:00 pm PST on Friday will be processed the following business day.

3-5 Day Shipping

The expected delivery date stated in your receipt, checkout, or shipment email is an estimate and will usually reflect a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Actual delivery is based on origin, destination, and process time. Expected delivery date does NOT come with a money-back guarantee.

Please keep in mind Oct 1. marks the start of the holiday season which is the busiest time for the Postal Service, and the spike in parcel volume can cause delays. One way to avoid this is to prepare early and avoid last-minute gift buying and shipping.

Shipping Issues

Please expect up to 3 week delay for oversized packages (70lbs+) outside the contiguous U.S. Puerto Rico.

Once an order has been shipped, the order may not be canceled, and the shipping address may not be altered.

If your address is flagged as invalid by our shipping system, we will contact you by email or phone (if provided) to confirm the shipping address. After 2 business days, if we are unable to reach you by email or phone to confirm the shipping address, the order will be canceled.

Occasionally, orders with out of stock products will make it through our system and receive shipping/delivery confirmation times. In these rare cases, you will be notified by email of options for similar alternatives, or the option to cancel your order. After 2 business days, if we are unable to reach you by email or phone to confirm the switch, the order will be canceled.

We ship to P.O. box addresses and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses with no extra shipping and handling fees through USPS only. Unfortunately, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the U.S. and areas listed previously on this page.

Gorilla Gadgets sells, and may fulfill orders on websites such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and others. Orders fulfilled by Amazon are subject to Amazon’s shipping policies. Orders placed on Amazon, Walmart, or other websites, but fulfilled by Gorilla Gadgets, are subject to the shipping policies described on this page.

Shipping FAQ

What do I do if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, has been sent to “dead mail,” or tracking shows the package delivered, but you have not received it; please contact your local USPS office or FedEx store for immediate assistance. You may need to file a claim with USPS or FedEx for the lost package. However, if after contacting USPS or FedEx you still need assistance, please contact us via support@gorillagadgets.com.

What if my package is damaged?

If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us via support@gorillagadgets.com as soon as possible. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within a week of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/replacement policy.

Why does the USPS or FedEx website not recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

Please allow at least 1 business day after your order has been shipped for tracking information to become available. If after 2 business days your tracking information is still not available, please contact us via support@gorillagadgets.com for further assistance.
