Gorilla Gadgets Returns and Exchanges

Gorilla Gadgets honors a 15-day return policy and an 180-day replacement warranty.


Follow these simple steps for an easy return or replacement

  1. If your item is eligible for return or replacement, send us an email at support@gorillagadgets.com with "Replacement" or "Refund" as the subject and write your name, order number, item and description in the message. 
  2. Wait for us to respond to you with our decision to refund or replace the item. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply Monday-Thursday.
  3. Send your item with the corresponding order number to: Gorilla Gadgets Returns Dept., 3300 S Fairview st, Santa Ana, CA, USA, 92704 if you meet the conditions below. Wait for our confirmation that the conditions have been met.
  4. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it.
  5. For your protection, please retain the tracking information. We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our warehouse and customer cannot supply proof of delivery. 
  6. Only items that have been purchased directly from GorillaGadgets.com, can be returned for a refund to GorillaGadgets.
  7. We do not accept exchanges on final sale merchandise like Screen Protectors.


If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Gorilla Gadgets within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below: 


Return deadline

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Gorilla Gadgets within 15 calendar days. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. All return items must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging


If conditions are not met, Gorilla Gadgets reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 20%. Returns not postmarked within 7 days from the date your Return was approved, it will be charged a 15%-20% restocking fee.

Please note warranty is only for the original purchaser and can not be transferred.


  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Must include a valid original purchase Order number provided by gorillagadgets.com (All purchases made outside of Gorillagadgets.com must contact their seller regarding returns)
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents
  • Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost
  • Customer will be only given a Product Refund. Shipping & Handling will NOT be refunded.
  • Gorilla Gadgets is not obligated to refund or exchange any items that have been damaged by misuse by the purchaser, this includes dropping, changing the appearance, or tampering with the product.  This will automatically void out all warranty.
  • Gorilla Gadgets is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our obligations begin and end with the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • You may be asked to submit additional information such as photos of the defective / damaged product before your RMA is approved.
  • Warranty starts from the day of purchase and not from the day of an exchange. 
  •  Final Sale = No returns or exchanges
  •  If you change your mind about a purchase, just pay for return shipping and we'll be happy to process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  •  Items being returned to GorillaGadgets that are not found to be damaged or defective may be assessed a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
  • Please make sure to double check your shipping address at check out.  GorillaGadgets is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

  • Gorilla guarantees your gadgets with an 180-day warranty. We offer replacements for defective items.  On battery-related items, we ask our customers to be aware that there is a natural degradation in performance over the course of time and that all batteries have a finite life.
  • Please allow 5-9 business days for the replacement to be sent out after we receive them.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Defective items may be exchanged for the same model.
  • A Gorilla Gadgets gift card of equal value will be issued if the product line is discontinued.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7 - 14 days for a credit to appear on your account. Refunds only apply to gorillagadgets.com website orders.
