Types of information we gather.

Web Site Visitors: We log and store for periods of up to 6 months IP addresses and referring sites. If you place an order or register on the site this information is linked with your user information. We do this to help us track when and where site vistors are coming from, so that we can offer a better browsing experience.

Purchases: When you place an order or become a registered user and we collect the following information so that we can process and ship your order.
Names, shipping and billing address, telephone numbers, email addresses and certain billing information. We store the type of card you paid with and the last 4 digits of the card. We do not store complete credit card numbers or CCV numbers, this is why you will need to re-enter you payment information with every purchase.

Mailing Lists: We offer a mailing list that you have to sign up for(opt in). This list contains only your email address. We will not send you emails unrelated to orders or direct inquires unless you sign up for this mailing list.

Your information is shared with certain 3rd parties necessary to complete and fullfil your order. These include payment processors and shipping services.

Beyond what is necessary to fullfill your order we do not share your email or contact information with any other companies or 3rd parties including those affiliated with us. We will not send you emails unrelated to an order or direct inquiry unless you sign up for our newsletter. You may receive emails from Stamps.com or ExpressOne on behalf of Gorilla Gadgets. These are shipping notification emails and contain important information such as expected arrival date and tracking numbers.

It is Gorilla Gadgets policy to assist law enforcement and payment processors in the investigation of criminal activity. This includes cases of identity theft or fraudulent transactions. We will provide all relevant information including user information and IP logs in such cases. If you feel you have been the victim of identity theft please contact your credit card issuer and local law enforcement.

You will remain it this secure area until your transaction is complete.
